We are currently seeking a skilled Telesales Specialist for a 12-month contract, with the potential for permanent conversion, to actively engage in generating appointments through cold calling and responding to inquiries in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients through targeted cold calling efforts.
- Provide detailed information about our service offerings, highlighting the associated benefits.
- Pose relevant questions to comprehend client requirements effectively.
- Update and maintain client information with precision.
- Enter comprehensive call notes for effective follow-up procedures.
- Collaborate with Asset Managers to schedule and coordinate appointments.
Requirements:
- Enjoy interacting with diverse individuals.
- Willingness to learn and apply sales skills and strategies.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a goal-driven approach.
- Confidence and the ability to excel independently.
- Possess relevant experience in customer relations or sales.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Able to commit to a minimum period of 12 months.
Location and Working Hours:
- Work Location: Near Ubi MRT.
- Working Hours: 10 am to 6 pm.
Remuneration:
- Basic salary with a commission structure.
