Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to enhance profitability and market share in the APAC region.
- Support business unit profitability through sales and operational collaboration.
- Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful execution of business plans.
- Manage pricing, product positioning, and customer engagement to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and customers, addressing customer requirements and feedback.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop marketing materials, business cases, and pricing models for commercial initiatives.
- Stay informed on customer demands and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Mentor and provide leadership within the product management team, supporting junior team members.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred, semiconductor experience will be a plus.
- Experience in product management or sales in APAC markets, with a focus on customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and relevant business operations. .
- Deep understanding of business operations with a proven track record of driving profitability.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
