What you'll do:
As a Transfer Agency Analyst, your role will be pivotal in maintaining positive, long-term operational relationships with assigned financial intermediaries. You will be responsible for supporting their needs daily and resolving any operational inquiries that arise. Your ability to develop efficient interfaces with these intermediaries will be crucial to your success in this role. You will also oversee or manage projects aimed at meeting this objective. Part of your responsibilities will include managing exposure items such as aged trades and unapplied wires. Your keen eye for identifying the needs of Sales and Marketing and financial intermediaries will be highly valued. Additionally, you will assist with gathering transaction data in support of short-term trading surveillance.
- Act as the main point of operational contact for all levels of assigned financial intermediary relationships.
- Support financial intermediary needs daily, including any changes to service environment.
- Responsible for resolution of operational inquiries coming from assigned relationships.
- Assist in development of efficient interfaces with financial intermediary in all regards.
- Oversee or manage projects to meet this objective.
- Manage exposure items, including aged trades, unapplied wires, and similar.
- Continually identify the needs of Sales and Marketing and financial intermediaries.
- Provide relevant information about financial intermediary for incorporation into monthly Management Awareness Report (MAR).
- Assist with gathering of transaction data in support of short-term trading surveillance.
