Job Description
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to electronic direct mailer (EDMs), flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and etc.
- Collaborate closely with the team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts that align with brand guidelines while maintaining a high level of creativity and originality.
- Produce visually compelling designs that effectively communicate key messages and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all design assets and platforms, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand image.
- Other design or ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related fields.
- Proven 2-3 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the fashion or beauty industry or related field.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
