Job Description

  • Handling day-to-day accounting functions, such as recording financial transactions, preparing and maintaining financial records.
  • Assisting with accounts payable tasks, which involve processing supplier invoices, verifying payment details, and coordinating with vendors for timely payments.
  • Assisting with accounts receivable tasks, including generating customer invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts
  • Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and generating reports.
  • Managing petty cash, remittances, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
  • Providing support for business operations and Providing general office administrative assistance.
  • Assisting with HR-related responsibilities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assisting in organizing training programs and workshops for employees.
  • Providing general support to the accounting, admin and HR department as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assignd by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills in design concepts, perspective and project management good presentation skills; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure.

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting/LCCI/ACCA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.
  • Experienced in accounting software and MsOffice.
  • Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary Range: SGD2600 – SGD4000
