Job Scope:
- Must understand and follow up with all MOM rules and requirements for employment
- Must attend courses when required and feedback all MOM updated information to the
- company
- Work closely with employment agencies and source for good candidates when required
- Perform interview and select the right candidate for the company
- Keep record of staff leave etc.
- Handle all office administrative work.
- Handle all office purchases, like stationeries, pantry needs, etc.
- Ensure office cleaner does her job.
- To source for good vendors for the company if needed and upkeep all company assets,
- renewal of memberships, vehicle VPC and road tax and insurance.
Requirements:
- Initiative, self-motivation, independent and hard working
- Working experience in administration and is willing to learn and has the passion for this position will be considered.
