The incumbent will be reporting to the Operations Manager. He/She
will be responsible for the smooth and efficiency running of the day-to-
day operations and maintaining high standards of service at all times.
Job Description:
- Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals
- Provide a comprehensive training program to train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Responsible for hiring and providing training to new hire servicing staff
- Responsible for the updating of the POS systems as necessary
- Ensuring that all the operational staff adhere to the restaurant's rules and regulations, food and safety regulations etc.
- Coordinate with the kitchen chefs daily on any changes of the menu
- Organize morning meetings to relate any customers feedback, service or manpower issues, menu changes etc.
- Responsible for the planning of the service and kitchen staff duty roster and delicate tasks to the members
- Evaluate staff performance and provide improvement plans if necessary
- Perform administrative task such as ordering and inventory tasks
- Reporting on financial performance, inventory etc.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Manage and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of expertise in a similar role in F&B service industry
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing dipomatically with employees
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Client cooperation and team-building skills
- 6-day work week
