The HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role supports the HR department in creating a productive and positive work environment, ensuring effective HR practices and employee satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Coordinate and execute recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
    Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
    Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training.
  • Employee Relations:
    Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
    Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes between employees.
    Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and programs.
  • Performance Management:
    Support performance appraisal processes, including tracking and scheduling reviews.
    Assist managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback.
    Monitor and report on performance management trends and issues.
  • HR Administration:
    Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    Prepare HR reports, documentation, and correspondence as needed.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Training and Development:
    Assist in identifying training needs and organizing development programs.
    Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
    Track and evaluate training effectiveness and employee progress.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
    Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees.
    Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety requirements.
    Assist in preparing and maintaining HR-related documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
    Stay updated on changes in employment laws and HR best practices.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives:
    Support HR projects, such as policy updates, organizational changes, and employee wellness programs.
    Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
