Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and general office support.
- Maintains both physical and digital filing system.
- Assist with SAP requests, DO and invoice processing.
- Assist with updating dept budgets and expenses.
- Assist with Dept budget and expenses tracking.
- Track and manage fixed Asset.
- Control and update records for PSM devices in TCSI.
- Maintain the stationery cabinets, ensuring items are properly stocked and replenished when necessary.
- Submit security clearance application for staff.
- Assist in onboarding new staff by preparing necessary document and orientation sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum O/ A Level
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Good Knowledge in MS office
- Good Interpersonal, presentation & communication skills
- Well organized and able to work independently with min supervision
- Good team player
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
- Candidate with some finance accounting knowledge will be an advantage
