Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance work and follow-up on all troubleshooting and repair works
- Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance, including service report from vendors are documented
- Support ad-hoc machine breakdown including fault troubleshooting, diagnosis and replacement of defective components
- Monitor and maintain spare part list
- Supervising contractors for onsite work involving installation, servicing and repair work
- Proper housekeeping of the tools after usage
- Update list of chemical in the storage and ensure SDS is within validity period
- Liaise with overseas and local supplier for equipment and spare part matters
- Involve in internal and external audits when required
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in supporting maintenance function in manufacturing environment
- Hands on in troubleshooting plant equipment including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic system
- Experience in robotic system maintenance will be an advantage
- Able to work at height with MEWP
- Able to support after office hours and weekend when needed
- Well verse in Microsoft office applications
- Able to read and interpret schematics
