Job Description
- Develop strong and productive relationships with customers to meet their service expectations and create a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Handle all reservations and answer customer enquiries via online booking platforms
- Be responsible for complaint handling.
- To liaise with internal departments including Hong Kong and Singapore BD teams and Dubai Call Centre, collect and consolidate client requirements and coordinate with the service vendors to meet customer expectations
- Establish e-sales channel and plan according to the development strategies for key client accounts
- Coordinate all organizational project matters and manage all daily project management issues
- Deliver training programs on product knowledge and the use of multiple online booking platforms to APAC end-users
- Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep up with technological changes in the product
Job Requirement
- Preferably Degree holder or equivalent
- Min. 3 years’ experience in an operational sales or account management role, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Good project management skill and handle multi-tasks independently to meet tight deadlines
- Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
