Responsibilities
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Assist in preparing UAT test cases and scripts.
- Support UAT execution, log defects, and provide user feedback.
- Participate in basic system testing to ensure proper functionality.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to address feedback.
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas and pre-meeting materials.
- Take meeting minutes and share follow-up notes with attendees.
Data Migration Support
- Assist with data cleaning for accurate migration.
- Support data mapping from old to new systems.
- Test and verify data migration integrity.
- Track and report data migration progress.
Financial Report Review
- Review financial reports for proper documentation.
- Verify data accuracy and highlight discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with grant guidelines.
- Support internal audits and resolve any issues.
General Support
- Handle additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Knowledge or experience in Finance/Accounting would be advantageous.
- Literacy in computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Comfortable with reviewing e-documents.
- Minimum Degree.
