Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Create and update project schedules. Manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Documentation: Maintain project records. Prepare regular progress reports.
  • Communication: Act as a link between clients, contractors, and suppliers. Arrange meetings and share notes.
  • Resource Management: Handle materials and workforce needs. Track resource use.
  • Risk Management: Spot and report risks or problems. Suggest solutions.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work regularly. Ensure quality meets standards.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor budgets and spending. Compare costs to the plan.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build good client relationships. Share updates with stakeholders.
  • Support: Provide admin support. Help with project proposals and presentations.
  • Compliance: Follow health, safety, and industry rules. Meet company standards.
  • Site Coordination: Supervise on-site work and subcontractors. Solve on-site problems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Understanding of interior fit-out work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant degree or certification is a plus
