- Contract Duration: 6 Months.
- Nearest MRT Station: Redhill MRT.
- 5 Working Days per Week.
Responsibilities
- Set up of new bank account.
- Prepare invoice template to request for funds.
- Draw up knowledge management processes e.g. support the creation and maintenance of a master tracking list of budget, disbursements and refunds, documentation and checklists, prepare report templates, etc.
- Perform simple projections based on utilisation trends.
- Issue purchase orders.
- Propose possible KPIs or monitoring indicators.
- Perform simple data sense-making and reporting to monitor scheme’s KPIs and service metrics.
- Consolidate inputs from the team and stakeholders during budget reporting cycles.
- Other administrative tasks to support operations and set up as required.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Knowledge or experience in finance would be advantageous.
- Proficient using Excel.
- Minimum Degree.
