Finance Officer

Job Highlights

  • Contract Duration: 6 Months.
  • Nearest MRT Station: Redhill MRT.
  • 5 Working Days per Week.

Responsibilities

  • Set up of new bank account.
  • Prepare invoice template to request for funds.
  • Draw up knowledge management processes e.g. support the creation and maintenance of a master tracking list of budget, disbursements and refunds, documentation and checklists, prepare report templates, etc.
  • Perform simple projections based on utilisation trends.
  • Issue purchase orders.
  • Propose possible KPIs or monitoring indicators.
  • Perform simple data sense-making and reporting to monitor scheme’s KPIs and service metrics.
  • Consolidate inputs from the team and stakeholders during budget reporting cycles.
  • Other administrative tasks to support operations and set up as required.

Requirements

  • Singaporean only.
  • Knowledge or experience in finance would be advantageous.
  • Proficient using Excel.
  • Minimum Degree.
