Job Description
- Responsible for the effective management of daily bookings, client queries, client quotations, assistance in event planning and execution.
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing clients if needed.
- Implement solutions to execute client events, responsible for all aspects of ongoing event priorities.
- Ensure SLA’s are met in line with company expectations
- Ensure that all processes are being adhered in order to deliver the highest possible quality standards.
- Dealing with all feedbacks and reporting findings to reporting Manager.
Administrative
- Provide full administrative support to reporting Manager
- Assist and support in basic financial tasks, such as processing expense reports, issuing invoices in a timely manner
- Input accurate pricing using in-house system and relevant databases
- Checking pro forma invoices and exporting
- Dealing with invoice queries and review supplier anomalous invoices
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces and necessary
Job Requirement
- Preferably Degree holder or equivalent
- Prior experience in travel industry will be a value-add but not the primary criteria for selection of candidates
- 3+ years of experience in customer services or a related field
- Good project management skill and handle multi-tasks independently to meet tight deadlines
- Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing)
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English to liaise with Japanese speaking clients in Japan
