Job scope:
- Dealing with all related stakeholders for the M&E projects
- Understanding market price trends
- Capable of administrate on ACMV/Electrical tender and tendering procedures
- Controlling, planning for strategy of all tendering duties
- List the scope of work and commercial requirements in order to determine the risks of the projects
- Preparing and follow up on the Request For Quotations to suppliers/sub-cons in order to ensure tender costing and technical data to be submitted on time
- Taking off Bill of Quantities from the ACMV Drawings, Points of Schedules and
- Architectural drawings
- Collating price comparison, costing summary and technical proposal in order to prepare tender submission
- Studying the addendum and/or corrigendum documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly
- Diploma/Degree in any engineering related field
- Quantity surveyor experience from M&E construction field
- Salary up to $4000
