Principal Process Engineer
As a Principal Process Engineer at INCITIAS you will have the opportunity to work in a highly experienced multidisciplinary team with a focus on creating innovative solutions for our energy transition projects in the field of LNG and alternative fuel import and export terminal solutions.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Principal Process Engineer with a minimum of 15 years’ industry related experience to join our team in Singapore.
As a member of the INCITIAS core engineering and management team, your responsibilities will include:
- Process Engineering Leadership:
- Serve as the Principal Process Engineer at INCTIAS including where required provide Process Safety Engineering advice.
- Provide technical expertise and advisory support on process engineering for LNG terminals, hydrogen projects, and energy transition initiatives.
- Development of feasibility and concept selection reports, including cost estimation and schedule, risk assessments and option review and selection
- Supervising process design activities including simulations, heat & mass balance, process flow diagrams and process studies
- Team Building and Development:
- Lead the growth of INCITIAS Process Engineering & Consulting Group in Singapore.
- Support the recruitment and evelopment of new process engineers, enhancing the team’s capabilities and industry impact.
- Business Development & Upselling:
- Identify and seize opportunities to upsell INCITIAS’ services to existing and new clients.
- Support the preparation of proposals, project bids, and client presentations to secure new contracts and projects.
- Support expansion of business relationships across India, APAC, and global markets.
- Hydrogen and Green Ammonia Initiatives:
- Consult on hydrogen-related projects, including the SPARC Hydrogen Photo Catalytic Reactor Hydrogen Pilot Plant.
- Consult on green ammonia initiatives, focusing on safety, feasibility, and project implementation for clients across the energy transition spectrum.
- HAZOP/HAZID Support:
- Support expert facilitation of AZOP and HAZID studies for INCITIAS projects, ensuring comprehensive risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
- Client Advisory Services:
- Deliver high-quality process advisory services to INCITIAS clients, leveraging industry expertise to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Support the Sulawesi Maluku Cluster PMC for 1 hub and 5 satellite island LNG terminals, bringing process expertise to the multi-site projects.
- Support the SLNG FSRU project as part of the IPMT as Senior Process Engineer
- Collaboration and Strategic Input:
- Work closely with INCITIAS Directors and the Singapore General Manager to align business strategy and technical services.
- Contribute to the overall trategic direction of INCITIAS operations in Singapore and the region.

About You
Successful applicants for these positions will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Masters would be a bonus
· Minimum 3 Years experience working in an engineering design consultancy
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Process Engineering within the energy sector or a closely related field
- Experience in at least 2 conceptual studies and/or feasibility studies (through to FID is advantageous)
- Minimum 5 Years Experience running process simulations, heat & mass balances, equipment sizing and specifications, developing PFDs and P&IDs.
- Minimum 5 Years experience with LNG Power Projects
- Strong data management and manipulation skills, with excellent computer literacy skills
- Exposure to cost estimating, project schedule development
- High level of autonomy and self-motivated
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A willingness to pick up and learn new skills and abilities to match the wide variety of projects you will work on.
- Excellent time management skills
- Native or fluent & proficient English speaker
