- Chair meetings with customers and any contractors, prepare meeting minutes
- Plan, monitor and control operations activities
- Follow up on open tickets with product principals
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in IT related
- Minimum ITIL Foundation
- Any technical certification is advantages
Experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- 3-5 year of managing IT Operations
- Familiar with general IT Infrastructure management
- Familiar with IT Service Management Processes
