Responsibilities
Visitors
- Attend to visitors/guests
- Inform Associates of their visitors/guests’ arrival
- Bring visitors/guests to the meeting room (if requested by associates sometimes)
- Answer/Make phone calls and take down necessary information to pass to associates
- Book taxi for visitors upon request
Corporate Cards
- Supporting events such as decorating and coordination with HR for the corporate cards issuance
Building Management
- Contact building management for assistance such as aircon and lights issue at the lobby
Courier
- Arrange couriers (local/overseas) and prepare the consignment note or airwaybill for pick up
- Coordinate with dispatch guys for courier delivery and collection
Deliveries
- Record of incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Inform associates when outgoing deliveries has been picked up and incoming deliveries are received.
- Pack outgoing deliveries (ad-hoc) upon request
