Key Responsibilities:
* Manage online order processing efficiently
* Ensure timely follow-up on all online orders
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and messages
* Ensure inventory levels are consistently optimized and collaborate closely with the warehouse team to prevent any instances of stockouts.
* Proficient in seller platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, adept at managing platform sales
* Able to perform adhoc duties given to support e-commerce team
Preferred skills and experience
* No experience needed. Training will be provided.
* Minimum Diploma in any field.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
* Demonstrate a positive attitude and collaborate effectively within a tea
