Roles & Responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- -Lead & manage the overall all project planning, scheduling, budgeting & execution process for interior design fit out works.
- -Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works,
- -Liaise with clients and consultants and relevant authorities and to ensure overall progress and timely handover.
- -Attend meetings with clients, tender meetings and relevant authorities.
- -Familiar and Comply with the documents with regards to the preparation & submission and subsequent obtain approval of shop drawings as well as compilation & submission upon project completion.
- -Manage project documentation, including specification, manual & correspondences.
- -Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- -All other duties to ensure the smooth functioning and timely handover.
- -Deal with problems as they arise and provide effective solutions.
Requirements:
- -Relevant qualifications required.
- -Project Management experience required.
- -Able to identify specialist drawings/architectural/MEP/Structural/M&E/ACMV termination details an advantage.
- -Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills.
- -Familiar with relevant interior regulations.
- -Able to work independently.
- -Minimum 3 years’ relevant sales experience in Construction/ Interior fit out sector.
- -Driving essential.
