As a Project Manager within the Banking sector at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of banking-related projects from initiation through to delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from business and technology, to define project objectives, manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, achieving project goals while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Track progress against the project timeline and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders as required.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between various teams to ensure a cohesive project approach.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date throughout the project.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex banking projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles.
  • Experience using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Relevant professional qualifications in project management or banking will be an advantage.
