We are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support our banking projects at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management and project managers to ensure that projects are executed effectively and in alignment with business goals. The PMO will be responsible for overseeing project portfolios, providing governance, reporting, and ensuring delivery best practices across all banking projects.
- Support the project management team by providing oversight and guidance on project processes and methodologies.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to project standards and quality assurance.
- Coordinate project reporting, including status updates, resource management, financial tracking, and risk management.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as monitor progress against project objectives.
- Provide training and support to project managers and teams on project management tools and methodologies.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities within project management processes and practices.
- Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to measure project success and identify lessons learned.
- Support resource allocation and capacity planning for project initiatives.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PMO role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Experience in risk management and financial analysis is a plus.
