What You Can Expect To Work on:
1. Live Product Operations:
- Assist with the ideation and execution of live events and campaigns to boost player engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Support the Live Ops team in maintaining and optimizing ongoing game initiatives.
2. Product Analysis
- Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform product improvements.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to prioritize features and enhancements based on community insights.
- Monitor community sentiment and gaming trends to provide actionable insights.
3. Market Research and Partnerships:
- Conduct research on Chinese gaming studios to identify partnership opportunities.
- Build outreach strategies and maintain communication with potential partners in the Chinese gaming market.
- Stay up-to-date on trends and developments in the gaming industry, particularly in the Chinese market.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Engineering) or at least 2-3 years of experience in product management within the gaming space.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data and metrics.
- Excellent English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills, as you will be liaising with Chinese gaming studios.
- A proactive, agile, and goal-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be passionate about gaming. Interest in web3 is an added plus.
