Job Description
- Engage in real-time impactful HR projects, such as the implementation of a new HRIS, launching updated employee benefits, and driving other HR improvement initiatives
- Support our digital transformation journey by helping to digitise essential HR process flows, driving an exciting initiative to enhance and streamline workflows for greater efficiency and impact
- Draft and organise engaging internal communications, including newsletters, policy updates, and announcements, to keep staff informed and connected
- Assist in the enhancement of staff engagement and new hire orientation programs, helping to create a positive and memorable onboarding experience
- Develop your analytical skills by assisting in the creation of standardized reporting templates, dashboards, scorecards, and key HR metrics
Who we are looking for:
- Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
