Key Responsibilities
- Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality.
- Keep a daily Site Diary and attend site meetings.
- Verify installation details and manage approvals for drawings and samples.
- Track and report outstanding/non-compliant work to the project manager.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and coordinate inspections/testing.
- Track defects and manage inspections with stakeholders.
- Handle special projects as assigned by the reporting officer.
Key Requirements:
- ONLY SINGAPOREAN
- Degree in in Architectural / Architectural Technology, Engineering or any related field.
- Min 5 years of relevant site experience in healthcare infrastructure or construction supervision/design consultancy in the built environment sector.
- Familiar with inspection process in a healthcare environment or in any relevant built environment sector will be a plus!
- Proficient in AutoCAD drafting. Knowledge in 3D Sketchup software is advantageous.
