- Issue quotation for all Refuse Handling Equipment and & Refuse
Collection Vehicle, repair jobs. - Email comprehensive maintenance quotation to customer and process renewal.
- Pass documents for billing to accounts department promptly.
- Assist maintenance and service team on documents.
- Reply to emails for breakdowns and repair jobs, promptly.
- Prepare and scan maintenance checklist monthly email to customer.
- Maintaining E -copies documents in the server and filing hardcopies.
- Prepare labour costing for accounts department, twice monthly.
- Update and check the maintenance schedules are completed.
- Coordinate with the technicians on the servicing schedules.
- Provide technician with details to attend emergency breakdown.
- Updating store on withdrawal of items under job numbers.
- Issue material/operation form, to purchasing department to order items, locally.
- Liaise with oversea suppliers for spare parts and follow up for shipment delivery.
- Perform ALL other service and maintenance administration for the Head of Service Department / Service Executive
