Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day accounts operation, support of develop and maintain standard costs
- Collecting, analyzing on product costing and report results
- Tracking variances and making journal entries
- Periodic Inventory valuation and physical count
- Support Fixed Assets count
- Monitor and enforce compliances with tax and Financial Reporting Standard
- Involve in various month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support in budget process
- Involve in internal and external audit
- Participate in process improvement/project
Pre-requisites:
- Degree in Accountancy/ACCA
- At least 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance operations, preferably with experience in handling 2 production standard costing cycles
- Collaborative and growth mindset
- Able to work under deadlines and pressure
- Comfortable being in lean team setup
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Prior working experience in Japanese company will be a bonus
