Responsibilities
- Prepares all beverages, including coffee and cocktails, following company guidelines and product manuals, with a deep understanding of the beverage industry and its trends.
- Provides exemplary customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere and empathizing with customers to meet their needs.
- Manages opening and closing procedures, ensuring the bar area and equipment are well-maintained and hygienic.
- Ensures the bar is orderly and equipment functions properly, maintaining hygiene standards.
- Handles stock management adhering to hygiene standards.
- Collaborates with service staff and pastry counter assistants to ensure timely service.
- Presents and promotes products to enhance customer interest and sales.
- Manages complaints, escalating to the Caffè manager as needed based on the customer type or situation.
- Ensures proper handover to colleagues in the next shift or day.
- Maintains cleanliness, order, and the pastry shop's image, following company guidelines and reporting maintenance needs.
- Adheres strictly to company guidelines regarding appearance and reflects the company's image.
