Job Summary:
- Salary: $3,300 - $4,000 (AWS +VB)
- 5.5 Working day: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am-12.30pm
- Location: Pandan Loop (Clementi)
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to client inquiries promptly (English/Japanese) through various communication platform/channels.
- Process and coordinate customers’ orders and requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support & service.
- Communicate and coordinate with various internal staff and stakeholders (when necessary) pertaining to customers’ orders, enquiries etc.
- Good understanding and knowledge of company’s products.
- Generates and processes new sales leads (when necessary).
- Update of product item code and expiry date management of products into company’s system.
- Compile and generate various monthly reports for the sales team.
Job Requirement:
- Basic spoken and written Japanese
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-pace environment
