Job Responsibilities
- Execute procurement duties such as raising Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) associated to equipment, goods and services.
- Liaise with suppliers on a daily basis to ensure orders are delivered on same day/next day as required. Keep records for all orders processed and obtain confirmation from vendors.
- Responsible to source for new or alternative supply on products and services.
- Manage purchasing activities and services based on company's needs.
- Negotiate optimal prices for goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
- Receiving products, store them into inventory, or deploy them to the kitchen team for immediate use.
- Inspecting and examining products that have been delivered to determine conformance to the purchase specifications.
- Co-ordinate with Finance department to resolve invoices discrepancies.
- Perform quality checks on stored inventory and perform stock take and flag any discrepancies based on the company’s standards.
- Practicing and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Preferably with Diploma in Procurement/Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of Procurement/Purchasing experience in F&B industry.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Work Location: MacTaggart Road (nearest mrt- Tai Seng)
Working hours: 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
