Job Description
- Answering to phonecalls, whatsapp and emails from customers for job order requests
- In charge of taking photo/video of disposal record for customers
- Provide supporting documentation/certificate for customers
- Planning and execution of drivers/crews work schedules
- Address and resolve scheduling issues by coordinating and managing various stakeholders to meet customer needs and requirements.
- Upkeeping of vehicle and equipment maintenance matters including vehicle/ equipment monitoring and repair, servicing, insurance, reporting etc.
- Maintain and update reports for NEA, recycle and waste etc on a timely basis.
- In-house class 3 backup driver
- Participate in yearly ISO/ OHSAS certification
- General administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good command of English (read and write)
- Organized and able to multitask
- Team player
- Able to work under pressure with good adaptability and initiative
- Class 3 driving license & knowledge on local map reading will be an added advantage
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience
- 5 days’ work week with occasional work on Saturday
