FINANCE MANAGER

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company

• Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents

• Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies

• Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles

• Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations

SYSTEM ANALYST:

Systems analysts are computer software experts who assess the current state of a company's systems and work to implement new ones to improve performance and efficiency. If you're interested in information technology (IT) and working with software, learning about the typical responsibilities of a systems analyst can help you determine if the role is right for you. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Reviewing current IT systems, such as network, software and hardware features for any errors or issues

• Collaborating with employees and department heads to determine which system requirements they need to remain efficient

• Building new systems that address and fix any issues shown in the current systems

• Creating analysis reports that represent the cost-benefit of any proposed upgrades

• Assisting the IT team in implementing any new system that was recently drawn up and approved

• Testing and troubleshooting any recently implemented plans to ensure they're operating efficiently

• Instructing other employees on how to use these new systems through training programs and documents

• Submitting and implementing all systems under strict deadlines and budget restrictions
