Qualification:
- Registered RTO in Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers (ACES).
Experience:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in the supervision of building projects in Singapore.
- Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handover.
- Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, system testing & commissioning and submission of progress report.
Duties:
- Full-time on site.
- Carry out the supervision of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act and work under the control and direction of the appropriate Qualified Person when carrying out the supervision.
- Expect to work overtime on some weeknights and Saturdays where required. Overtime is claimable via timeoff for the next day, subject to approval.
- Carry out the supervision on site for diversion services when required.

- East area.
Salary Range:
- $4,500 to $6,500.
