Position: IT Project Administrator/Coordinator
Work Location: Ang Mo Kio
Responsibilities:
a. Member of the business operations centre to ensure service excellence and quality.
b. Accountable to ensure accurate project billability, cost and revenue forecast.
c. Drive performance improvements through process development and innovation.
d. Job Management function
i. Creation of sub-project codes for resource and cost tracking
ii. Raise IPCR (Inter Project Cost Recovery) in APEX (formerly SAP) for internal projects
iii. Setup billing plan and raise Sales Invoice Requisition (SIR) in IPMS system
iv. Provide weekly updates on work-in-progress projects
e. Maintenance Support function
i. Track customer contract and 3rd party vendor maintenance contract/license renewal
f. Procurement function
i. Raise Purchase Request in APEX (formerly SAP) and seek for necessary approval
ii. Adhere to corporate procurement policy
iii. Coordination with vendors
g. Line Admin function
i. Support staff onboarding/offboarding
ii. Work with HR to track staff certifications and trainings
iii. Organise team bonding events
h. Manage SharePoint workspace for enterprise content and document management, group collaboration and custom web applications development
REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology - related studies with at least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
• Working knowledge of SAP and project management systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.
• Demonstrates good communication and listening skills.
• Result-oriented with strong problem solving skill, meticulous, proactive and resourceful.
• Highly organized, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and meet business SLA.
• Able to collaborate and influence internal and external partners/stakeholders
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
