My client is a well established C&S consultant firm in town.
Multi-disciplinary consulting civil and structural engineering services.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive analysis and design works for complex and large scale projects.
- Perform analysis and design for the project
- Supervise the drafting of drawings related to design.
- Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice.
- Assist QP/Project Lead in managing project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors, project team and design consultants.
- Work independently in analyses, design, submissions, construction support and coordination works.
Requirements:
- Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
- With working experiences in Singapore on structural engineering projects.
- Minimum structural design experience 5 years.
- Well verse with structural engineering design to local Codes, Regulations and requirements, and Eurocode.
- Well verse in structural design software, e.g. ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, MIDAS, etc.
- Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works.
- Experience in design/project management works in BIM.
- Knowledge in temporary works, ERSS will be an advantage.
- Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.
