Responsibilities:
- Daily, weekly and monthly work planning and monitoring of all workshops operation.
- To lead, manage and motivate a team of production workforce & highly productive workshops operations (both internal & sites depots)
- Interacting and act as a bridge for communicating and communication for both levels up and across all departments and divisions of LexBuild.
- Working together and assist the senior management and other division heads to strategize development and execution planning.
- Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual reporting and projection planning / presentation
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Preparing various reports, such as Sitrep, for internal and external stakeholders
- Contacting partners, understanding the market supply and demand, searching for Products international trading opportunities, and executing all trading tasks such as concluding deals.
- Ensure smooth all delivery operations, including nominating and changing all cargo delivery windows, handling all specification test reports.
- Collect and analyse international market-related information and data to provide fundamental analysis and support trade structure design for all trading decisions.
- Complete the review and negotiation of trade contracts, coordinating with various departments to complete internal and external procedures.
- Ensure compliance in subordinate positions, improve and implement the company's trade risk control system, and ensure that trade operations are risk-controlled for long-term sustainable development.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager
- Troubleshooting multiple, often simultaneous, scheduling conflicts as they arise.
- Handle all sales markets as assigned.
- To assist and handle all finance, trade operations, L/C work, customers and producers as assigned.
- To assist in all aspects of the business.
- To handle general operation within our company’s daily work whenever required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary level Education with any relevant education.
- Minimum 3-7 years of professional experience in management role with a focus on strategy development to drive sales revenue.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate strategies and results to Management.
- Knowledge of current ECommerce and digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Must have strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to develop and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Airline/airport scheduling experience an advantage, preferably with gate and baggage scheduling systems
- Extensive computer knowledge and experience, and the ability to become proficient at new software systems.
- Familiarity with aircraft types and an understanding of Apron & Baggage operations would be an advantage.
- Must be able to work shift and weekends (if required)
- Ability to solve Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting while working environment.
- Maintain Safe work Procedure in Working Environment
- Able to Carry the Baggage, when necessary, time up to 50+ Kgs if colleague absent.
- Min. 1 year of working experience in the logistics industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
