Our client is a luxury brand group specializing in fine jewellery and known for its exquisite engagement and bridal jewellery, commitment to masterful craftsmanship.
- Oversee daily activities, ensure efficient administration, and maintain high standards in customer service and visual merchandising.
- Create long-term plans to boost sales targets, brand awareness, and overall profitability.
- Train, motivate, and supervise the sales team, ensuring effective onboarding and accountability for performance.
- Provide personalized shopping experiences, manage key customer relationships, and maintain the client database.
- Plan in-store events, analyse sales data, and ensure optimal stock levels while managing the store budget.
- Work with the marketing team and corporate office to enhance client experiences and ensure timely submission of sales reports.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' and above
- At least 5 years of experience as a Manager in the Fine Jewellery and Hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in retail sales.
- Strong organisational and customer management skills
