JOBSCOPE FOR SALES EXECUTIVE
1) Handle sales inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and close deals.
Generate new leads through networking and business development
efforts.
2) Coordinate property viewings with tenants and potential clients,
showcasing features and benefits to secure bookings.
3) Prepare and manage sales documents like quotations, service
agreements, and invoices. Ensure timely payments are collected.
4) Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes by coordinating with
housekeeping, operations, and finance departments.
5) Address customer complaints and feedback professionally, resolve
issues (with management if needed), and ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction.
6) Build strong relationships with corporate clients to secure long-term
business partnerships.
7) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
8) Update and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
TikTok) and booking platforms (OTA). Optimize listings and monitor
room inventory and pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue.
9) Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and operational emergencies.
Longer working hours may be required based on business needs.
