Position: Medical Technologist
Location: Kent Ridge
Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office hours
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic testing on in vitro fertilized embryos for patients undergoing pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT)
- Conduct PGT for common single gene disorders and chromosomal abnormalities
- Develop custom diagnostic assays for rare single gene disorders
- Perform PGT for Aneuploidy
- Support the general administrative operations of the Centre
- Participate in research and development (R&D) activities
- Take part in annual External Quality Assessment (EQA)
- Handle telephone enquiries and trace results when required
- Contribute to service quality activities and programs
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirement :
- Degree in Biomedical Science / Biotechnology / Medical Lab
