Responsibilities
- Overall management of the project in areas of contract compliance, budget control, quality control, design planning, construction progress and safety
- Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth communication
- Monitoring of progress and updating of progress report
- Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting
- Act as Technical Controller for project involved
- Assist in ac-hoc tender for technical proposal submission
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Possess good leadership and management skills
- A good Team player
- Positive and willing to learn
