- Recommend suitable courses based on individual learning needs and career objectives.
- Actively participate in corporate events and seminars to promote course offerings.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, successfully closing deals.
- Manage your sales portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up diligently on leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales or client engagement roles.
- Strong hunter mentality and a fearless approach to prospecting.
- Passion for lifelong learning and skill development.
- Effective communication and strong presentation skills.
- High work ethic, a positive demeanor, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong time management skills and self-discipline.
- Fluent in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
