Job Description:
- Manage project requirements, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Oversee daily operations, meeting targets and lead time in a fast-paced environment.
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, addressing project-related matters.
- Deploy staff as per client needs, conducting site visits for compliance and troubleshooting.
- Manage activities, and work schedules, and consolidate staff payroll accurately.
- Provide product training to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Diploma with 3 years of logistics or warehouse operations experience.
- Adaptability to fast-paced operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work overtime as needed
