Service Management Operations analyst

Roles & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code platforms is a plus.
  • Familiar with ITSM tools and service management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Basic understanding of microservices architecture and development is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in ITIL, Business Analysis, or other related areas will be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment is preferred.
  • Good communication and written skills.

Key Responsibilities:


• Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing service management processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Workflow Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design no-code/low-code workflows that automate and optimize service management processes.
• Microservices Strategy: Work with developers to outline a strategy for implementing reusable and testable microservices to support various IT services.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with developers, IT staff, and users to gather requirements, provide insights, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Testing and Validation: Support the testing and validation of new workflows and microservices to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all analyzed processes, workflows, and microservices.
• Training and Support: Assist in providing training and support to users and IT staff on new workflows and microservices.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service management processes and recommend best practices.
