Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and other potential partners.
- Event and Catering Sales: Lead efforts to increase sales for private events, catering, and corporate functions. Work with clients to create customized dining packages that meet their needs.
- Brand Promotion: Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers in collaboration with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights to management for strategy adjustments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant management and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination for events and a consistent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within the hospitality, restaurant, or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
