About Us:
We are a prominent hospitality group known for our distinctive dining experiences and commitment to quality service. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving sales, developing client relationships, and implementing strategies to grow our brand’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and other potential partners.
  • Event and Catering Sales: Lead efforts to increase sales for private events, catering, and corporate functions. Work with clients to create customized dining packages that meet their needs.
  • Brand Promotion: Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers in collaboration with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights to management for strategy adjustments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant management and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination for events and a consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within the hospitality, restaurant, or F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized.
