Our client is a leading global air and travel services provider and is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to be part of their dynamic HR team.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Manage key HR functions such as staffing, compensation, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development.
- Provide HR guidance to business units, support HR initiatives, and drive strategies to improve productivity, morale, and retention.
- Provide HR Advisory on policies, handling staff movements, managing labor relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws (e.g., Singapore Employment Act), and overseeing workplace safety and health procedures.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- At least 6 years of experience in HR business partnering
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and a self-motivated approach to task completion.
