About this role:
Novela will be partnering a global hair care brand to offer premium treatments and services. As a part of the partnership, we will be opening a flagship in Singapore.
As a Store Manager, you will get an opportunity to be trained in the brand suite of products and services/techniques. You will provide exceptional services by offering personalized advice and product recommendations of the product range to meet the unique needs of each customer.
We provide an attractive remuneration package with a fixed basic salary and attractive sales commission. You will receive on-the-job training and career progression in store management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop hair therapists and beauty advisors. Provide coaching and feedback, fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service in addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor sales and analyze metrics for improvement. - Collaborate with marketing for promotional activities and events.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedure, including inventory management, conduct stock checks, and ensure accurate displays.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management in the beauty or haircare services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- In-depth knowledge of beauty and haircare products.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
