Contract Duration: 6 Months
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Basic Salary: $13 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
· Migrate content from the existing learning management system (LMS) to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the transferred content and data.
· Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition and troubleshoot any migration issues that may arise.
· Provide level 1 support to stakeholders, assisting them in troubleshooting technical issues related to content development on the new platform.
· Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Higher NITEC in any discipline.
· Past experience in data or system migration and L1 IT support will be a bonus.
· Only Singaporeans.
