Responsibilities:
- Installation: Install security systems, and high-security locking mechanisms according to specifications and safety standards.
- Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on entrance systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Repair: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Customer Support: Provide on-site technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation reports, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of services.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing work duties.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in security systems or lifts/escalators related industry.
