Job Description
- Oversee, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Group’s product line in the automotive industry.
- Collaborate with respective Business Units to align marketing initiatives and sales goals, ensuring support for lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Develop, review and update promotional materials such as brochures, product images, and other materials as needed to increate product visibility and generate leads.
- Manage social medial platforms, websites, and digital channels, ensuring the content is up to date, engaging, and targeted to the right audience. Oversee the creation of videos, and other content to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand presence across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitor strategies. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Manage social medial platforms, websites, and digital channels, ensuring the content is up to date, engaging, and targeted to the right audience. Oversee the creation of videos, and other content to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Develop partnerships with agencies, media outlets, and vendors to expand the company’s marketing reach.
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate joint promotional activities with industry partners.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and a strong return on investment for campaigns and promotions.
- Preparate regular reports for senior management on the effectiveness of marketing activities and recommendations for improvements.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimally Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly detail-oriented with a creative mindset and strong conceptualization skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and experience in managing stakeholder relationship.
